I love to start my day with this tasty blueberry smoothie. Fresh blueberries during spring and summer always tempts me for this easy breakfast smoothie. The purple color drink refreshes not only eyes but also the taste buds.

This smoothie is loaded with anti-oxidants and vitamins. Also, adding almond milk or almond powder to the smoothie makes it a balanced breakfast.

Amazing benefits of blueberry

  • anti-oxidant and anti-ageing

  • low in sugar and GI

How to make blueberry smoothie

To make this smoothie blend fresh blueberries with
maple syrup and milk in a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Instead of milk add almond milk or almond powder to the blender along with blueberry and maple syrup. Adjust the thickness with water or coconut water

As a matter of fact best thing I love about smoothie is its versatility. You can blend with any liquid like water, coconut water, milk, almond milk, apple juice, yogurt.

Sweetener :

Moreover, for sweetness you can choose from date syrup, honey or sugar instead of maple syrup.
