Here we have 3 tasty mango recipes. Mangoes are delicious fruit and when you make desserts with them its really very delectable. I enjoy mangoes all through the season and during off season I use mango pulps. These simple and easy desserts can be made with fresh or canned pulps.

Mango recipes can be lovely treat to your guest or kids. I love mangoes not only for its taste but also for its nutritional value. This super fruit is not only fun to eat but also very nutritious.

Mango Lassi

It is a great combination of yogurt and mango. Its is very famous in India. It is a simple recipe and can be enjoyed all through the year .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp canned or 2-3 fresh
  • 12-34 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chopped nuts optional
  • 1 tsp tutti frutti optional
  • 1 pinch saffron optional

Instructions

  • Blend mango puree, milk, yogurt and sugar (optional) until smooth
  • Pour in to serving glass and refrigerate add toppings before serving.

Creamy Mango Fruit Salad Recipe

This recipe can be pulled easily for parties and get together. Its make ahead recipe which can be prepared well in advance and be refrigerated.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Mango puree tin or fresh 2-3
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 13 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup fruits like apple, banana, mango, strawberries, grapes cut in to small pieces

Instructions

  • Blend whipping cream, condensed milk, and mango puree until smooth and creamy. chill it in fridge.
  • Add chilled mixture to the bowl of cut fruits and mix it completely . Serve them in bowls.

Mango Milk Shake Recipe

Kids love this sweet milk shake very much because its has tasty mangoes with ice cream combined together.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • cherry optional
  • saffron few strands

Instructions

  • In a blender add mango puree, milk, vanilla ice cream, and sugar.
  • Blend evenly and pour it into serving glass and add a scoop of ice cream on top.
  • Decorate with saffron and cherry on top. Serve it.
